First of all u start with the
Sit ups : this an exercise that help u loose belly fat . It is done by lying down with ur back and continue to lift ur upper body up repeat this 10 to 12 times daily for better results
Next is the
Push ups: this is a popular exercise everyone knows how to do it
Road walk : this done by running slowly for long periods of time .it can be done on the road or in the field .
